Karin Junmai (純米 カリン Junmai Karin), also spelled as Karin Jyunmai, is a character in Medabots.
Description[]
Karin is the grand niece of the famous Dr. Aki. She is a gentle and graceful rich girl that aways finds time to help people, but she is also quite dense. She attends Rosewood Private School along with her childhood friend Koji Karakuchi, who is overprotective of her. She is popular in her school, and is admired by many of the students there and has a fan club. Ikki and Rintaro are also captivated by her. Karin has a preference for nurse type Medabots.

Medarot 2 and Medabots (GBA)[]
Karin was a victim of the Medabot that was tickiling (flipping skirts in Japan) girls, which angered Koji and made him search for the culprit in many places, ending in Ikki's schools, where they first met. It was later discovered that a member of the Rubberobo Gang was behind it, and he is arrested by the Select Corps. She participated in the Robattle tournament in Medabot Island and is later kidnapped by the Rubberobo Gang, being rescued by Ikki.
Ikki can trigger certain events in order to build relationship with Karin or Erika. If succeeded, Karin will give Ikki ? Medal at the final event and stay with him in the ending.
Karin's main Medabot is Neutranurse.

Karin loves cleaning stuff, which had once given Ikki the impression she was poor and needed to work to pay for tuition before learning that she is rich and related to Dr. Aki. She does not realize that Koji or Ikki are constantly fighting for her attention due to having feelings for her, thinking that they get along well.
Karin's Medabot is Neutranurse, a Medabot with healing abilities. In the episode The Legendary Medafighter, Karin is revealed to be a legendary Medafighter, who has never lost a single Robattle: since she is so kind and gentle, nobody has the will to attack her.
During the World Robattle Cup, she was the first Medafighter to disguise as Space Medafighter X, and she also pretended to be a member of the Rubberobo Gang.
