Salty in the anime
Salty (ソルティ Soruti) is Ikki Tenryou's pet dog. He is a white dog of the Fox Terrier breed.[1]
In the games[]
In Medarot 2 to Medarot 4 and Medarot R, Salty spends most of his time hanging around Ikki's bedroom and is a comforting presence to him. He does venture outside on occasion.
It is possible to Robattle with him in Medabots (GBA) and Medarot R Parts Collection. In Medarot R Parts Collection he is it rank 7 opponent.
In Medabots AX he appears in the game over screen to comfort Ikki.
In the anime[]
Salty is mostly quiet but gets along with everyone, including Metabee, even letting him ride on his back. Ikki brings Salty into town fairly often. Salty is quite smart, pointing for Ikki that Cyandog had a Monkey Medal and being able to locate Metabee's Medal when he disappeared.
In the manga[]
Similar to how Bonaparte did for Hikaru Agata years ago, Salty found Ikki's first Medal in the manga, a rare Kabuto Medal.
